Research On Influencing Factors For Intellectual Property Rights Pledge Financing

As a new financing way, intellectual property rights pledge financing is still on its infancy, there are many issues need to be studied, the thesis is research on influencing factors for Intellectual property rights pledge financing.Firstly, the thesis reviewed papers on the theory on intellectual property rights pledge financing and previous research literatures, and focus on analysis of typical case of several related technology-based SMES, than define the influencing factors of Intellectual property rights pledge financing, and design appropriate questionnaires.Sceondly through data analysis,determine main influencing factors of Intellectual property rights pledge financing (the shortage of funds, line of credit, loan time limit, the attitude of the bank, the profitability of technology-based SMES, the quality of supervisor, credit status, financial system, alternative risk and the preferential policies); Thirdly, by factor analysis, further determine the main influencing factors of Intellectual property rights pledge financing; At last, give some countermeasures and suggestions.
