Research On The Application Of Pledge Coefficient Method In The Intellectual Property Pledge Appraisal

Intellectual property pledge financing is the innovation of financial system reform,which provides an effective means for enterprises to broaden the financing channels and solve the financial problems.But for now,the development of intellectual property rights pledge loan is very difficult.The main reason is that it is difficult to evaluate the value of intellectual property rights,which directly increase the risk of bank loans,and make the loan program complexity.Therefore,intellectual property rights pledge appraisal is the key link for the intellectual property pledge loan business.Reasonable valuation results not only will help the financial institutions to reduce leading risk and promote the optimal allocation of funds,but also promote the commercialization of innovation,and then promote the development of intellectual property rights strategy.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature of intellectual property pledge assessment,and then determines the visual angle.Secondly,based on the essence of intellectual property pledge assessment,this paper starting from the theoretical framework,analyzes the basic factors which affecting the valuation of intellectual property and the interaction between them.And analyzed the intellectual property pledge loan value type,then proposed pledge-lending-value.This valuetype fully considerate the special factors that will influence intellectual property rights value during the pledge period.Then discriminates the three basic valuation methods,thinks the Pledge Coefficient Method should be choice as the method of Intellectual property pledge assessment,which is more suitable for the purpose of intellectual property pledge loan and the value type of the pledge loan.At the same time,through the general pattern of intellectual property pledge financing,analyzes the risk factors under the background of pledge.Based on the evaluation value types,methods and risk factors,this paper discusses the application of the Pledge Coefficient Method by a specific case of Feng-le seed company.Finally,this paper sums up the theoretical analysis and practical application of the pledge coefficient method,and puts forward the limitations of this paper.
