Research On The Mode Selection Of China’s Intellectual Property Pledge Financing

In May 2013,Ma yun at the 10 th anniversary of taobao party speech said,"we don’t understand the PC when the Internet came.We don’t understand the Internet,big data era again." Thus,along with the further development of knowledge economy and the process of globalization speeding up,the knowledge has become an increasingly important role in the economic and social development,intellectual property as a right capital has become the strategic resource of national economic development and the international competitiveness of the important elements.The purpose of this paper is to research intellectual property pledge financing mode in our country,points out that under the different levels of environmental evaluation choice the corresponding appropriate of the mode in intellectual property pledge financing.At first,this paper adopts literature research introduces our country intellectual property rights pledge melt related concepts such as basic theory,the legal basis and the risks and preventive measures,etc.;Second USES comparative analysis method to analyze the foreign intellectual property pledge financing,compared with Japan and South Korea,America,Germany and other countries of intellectual property pledge financing model,draw of our country has specific significance of enlightenment;On the analysis of the development of intellectual property pledge financing in China and the status quo,on the basis of using the case method to select our country’s pilot intellectual property pledge financing cities,analyzing the classic case by using PEST macro environment to the analysis current intellectual property pledge financing environment in our country,and based on this,advances all kinds of economic development information will be faced in the future;Based on the actual situation of our country,when in the choice of intellectual property pledge financing mode,this paper put forward that we should insist on the principle of incentive compatibility,the dynamic adaptive principle and difference principle of the three basic principles,on the basis of basic principle put forward the enterprise technological innovation ability,level of protection of intellectual property rights,the acceptance of financial industry these three environmental evaluation index to construct the evaluation model,According to the model results suggest corresponding to different financing model:(1)When the company’s innovation ability of science and technology,intellectual property protection and accept degree is high,the financial industry should take take the market as the leading direct pledge financing mode;(2)When the company’s enterprise technology innovation ability strong and the acceptance of the financial industry is low,the government-led indirect impawn financing model should be taken;(3)When a company is only have the capability of enterprise technology innovation and the intellectual property protection and financial industry to accept degree is unknown,should be combined with the actual situation of specific hybrid pledge financing mode.
