Safety Management System Of Hequ Power Plant

With the development of economy and the progress of the society, the government has paid more attention to production safety. Therefore, the power generation enterprises are faced with higher requirements and more challenges in promoting the process of safety production work. In this paper, the author has done some research on the intrinsic security management system of the power generation enterprises in China. Combined with the actual situation of the intrinsic security management in some coal mines and power enterprises at home and abroad, the author discusses how to design a set of intrinsic security management system for Hequ power plant.In the first part, this paper introduces the topics of the background and significance and presents the current study on enterprise safety management in China and abroad. In the second part, the paper introduces the basic conception, the principle, system characteristics and evaluation criteria of the intrinsic security management system, and also describes the rating criteria, the basic knowledge of PDCA circulation principle, working process and its cycle characteristics. In addition, this part proposes the necessity of introducing the intrinsic security management system into power enterprises owing to the commonly used methods of safety management cannot meet a higher requirement of security management. Finally, combined with the actual situation of Hequ power plant and the PDCA cycle principle, this paper aims to design a set of intrinsic security management system for Hequ power plant based on the tasks in the planning stage, implementation stage, examination stage and improved stage. At the same time, this paper proposes some valuable suggestions on promoting the construction of Hequ power plant safety management system and reducing the deviation during the construction process. The author hopes to offer some new ideas and methods for the Hequ power plant to develop the intrinsic security management system.
