Performance evaluation, can effectively help the enterprise to achieve strategicobjectives and enhance employee performance, its impact on enterprises is very profound,he is not only to promote enterprises in the mechanism to ensure the rapid development ofcontemporary competition environment, methods and means of enterprise is also used inits management of the self supervision and self-discipline. At present, the traditionalperformance evaluation system can not meet the needs of management of electroniccommerce industry enterprises in the new economic era, enterprises urgently need alongwith the change of market environment and to explore a set of adaptation to currentenvironmental background of the performance evaluation system.This paper from the theory of enterprise management point of view, combined withthe characteristics of e-commerce industry, the strategic performance evaluation system inthe application of the industry are demonstrated. First, the deve. First, the developmentprocess of foreign performance evaluation system is analyzed, and also analyzes the threestages of enterprise performance evaluation, the performance evaluation of the traditionaldomestic contemporary performance evaluation and promulgated by Ministry of finance,the paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the existing, to further research andthe construction of a new enterprise performance evaluation the system provides animportant theoretical basis. Second, through the verification of enterprise performanceevaluation system and strategy management, management control, incentive exists threesystem very closely, the lateral interaction management control and dynamic strategicmanagement theory, proposed the establishment of strategic performance evaluationsystem based on strategic management theory. Third, the evaluation with the balancedscorecard method, constructs the framework of strategic performance evaluation, throughthe company’s internal performance and external performance of the two dimension tobuild a strategic performance evaluation index system, consists of three layers: the firstlayer index is5, index of second layer14, index of the third layer is26, and each levelindex is introduced. Fourth, the electronic commerce industry of Chongqing enterprise softIsland technology as an example, on the basis of thorough investigation, the use of theBalanced Scorecard makes an empirical research on the strategic performance evaluation,and gives suggestions. Fifth, this thesis finally summarizes the research results in thispaper and the insufficiency, the future will further to study question threw a subject.
