This paper presents an assessing model of marketing personnel evaluation of BankZ. In order to collect the substantial data about marketing personnel’s competencerequirements, this paper investigates the person who is coming from the marketingdepartment of small-sized enterprises through questionnaire an interview firstly. Thecollected data is analyzed by using of the quantitative method through SPSS18.0software,and is refined into several competence points that constitute the final model for marketingpersonnel. Finally, the author carries out a feedback examination to guarantee theapplicability and validity of the model through practical assessing application.One of the main purposes of this study is trying to develop an assessing model basedon the understanding of competency, which is treated as convenient, helpful, low-cost andwith good-availability model for HR management of MSEs (medium-and small-sizedenterprises). Based on the empirical study of Bank Z, this paper shows that the developedassessing model of it can not only provide an approach for simplifying the HRmanagement combined with competency assessing form. With this study, the Bankespecially Bank Z will improve its success rate of marketing personnel’s recruitment andtraining with low cost. At the same time the given test of this paper also suggests that theperson who wants to be one of credit card marketing workers in Bank Z can get adviceabout their own career development according to the assessing results.The main achievement of this paper is the finding of Bank Z credit-card sales personnel’scompetence for assessment points; the final achievement is the establishment of predictive modelor the assessing model. The innovative point of this paper is the marketing personnel assessingmodel for primary election. The assessing form makes the results easy understanding.
