Performance management is an important part and the core issues ofhuman resource management for an enterprise. The quality of human resourcemanagement, are reflected in the performance management. To continue to strengthenperformance management, gradually raise performance awareness and spiralingperformance management levels, are the process to achieve the strategic business goals,as well as a strategic tool for business development of an enterprise.Performance management in the development process of an enterprise, plays apivotal role, the level of performance management is directly related to the quality ofproduction and business results of the enterprise. The author long-term works in apower system, Is very familiar with the electricity production and operations andperformance management. In this paper, with performance management theory, researchmethods and other aspects, the author sorted out and analyzed the performancemanagement status of Z-Power Company, identified deficiencies and problems existingin the performance management of the company. Through the reason analyzing of theexisting problems, proposed that performance management must be improved topromote the healthy and sustainable development of the company. By analyzing thefeasibility, proposed improvement measures and recommendations for the companyfrom the angles of performance management concepts, processes, methods, models andso on.Improvement of performance management involves adjustment of interests. Whilesuggestions for improvement of performance management, the improvement mayencounter problems and countermeasures effects were analyzed, and proposed solutionsfor the problems. Improvement of performance management is a long, ongoing process, with the development of business, society, innovation, performancemanagement is constantly being improved to meet the needs of development.Through improved performance management, constantly raising the level ofperformance management, the Power Company promoted the realization of enterprisegoals.
