The most fundamental purpose of establishing a complete performance management system is to continuously improve organizational performance,which is an important means for strategy realization and staff motivation.In recent years,with the gradual improvement of the financial market,financial disintermediation,interest rate marketization and the impact of Internet finance,the competition environment for the bank is becoming increasingly fierce.As the front line service window of the bank,the outlets face the complicated market competition environment,relying on scientific and reasonable means and methods to strengthen the performance management is important to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and improve the competitiveness.However,most of the commercial bank outlets in domestic are still focus on the profit model of scale,ignoring the influence of the policy environment,human factors and other factors on the performance.Only relying on financial indicators can not help them gain competitive advantage and endogenous impetus,and also hard to adapt to the development of the times.Using the knowledge of MBA courses,this paper introduces the related theories of performance management,and combines with my experience and reflection during the work of Human Resources Department of the branch,I select CL branch outlets as the object of study,to find a way to improve performance management.Firstly,Through full investigation and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the performance management of the bank's outlets,and finds out the existing problems and roots.Secondly,clearly defines the development orientation and strategic target of CL branch,use the Balanced Scorecard and the key performance index method to build the performance evaluation index,and put forward the design scheme to improve the whole process of performance management,Finally,improve the concrete measures to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan.Through the study,a targeted bank outlets performance management system has been constructed,which provides reference for other similar outlets to build employee performance management system.
