With the coming of the Economy era, innovation is increasingly becoming the corporation’s core power to keep its competitive advantage. Innovation methods can effectively promote the enterprises’ technology behavior change from accidental eruption toward sustainable innovation. The premise is that we should determine the current situation of innovation methods’ application in the enterprises. Only make sure the current situation, can we realize the advantages and disadvantages and improve the innovation methods’application ability directly. As a kind of effective capability assessment tool, CMM has successfully applied in software engineering, project management and human resource management. It’s important for the establishment of the maturity model of innovation methods application capability. It can help equipment manufacturing enterprises to find their shortcomings and select which they should develop most of all, then improve the ability of the innovation methods’ application gradually.Innovation methods’ application ability maturity model is a special application in the field of innovation. It consists of development part, analysis part and evaluation part. The first part defines the four maturity model named consciousness import level, pilot training level, promotion and application level and collaboration level. Analysis part is the further study of the development part, which defined the key practice area and key practice of the four levels. Combining the AHP and the Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation, the evaluation part shows the way how we can evaluate the innovation methods application ability of the by the enterprise Z.
