Research On The Development Of Tourist Town In Sichuan

Town Tourism has a life cycle of existence, in order to delay the recession oftown tourism existence cycle, and meet the needs of different kind of consumers,re-evaluation and integration of tourism resources in town is urgent needed to promotethe sustainable development of town tourism. The reality backgrounds, transformationand upgrading of mature town tourism，which means to changing from a single touristoriented modle to a complex modle combined sightseeing, leisure and holiday-travel, isan inevitable trend and an important breakthrough for the sustainable development oftown tourism. In this paper, a new way to explore town tourism and rural tourism at thesame time was studied under the concept of“big tour”. Taken Huang-longxi as anexample, town tourism was combined with rural tourism by the way to constract a newformat of town tourism. Then fully integrate tourism into the development of localregion with multiplier effect of local tourism, then promote and realize thetransformation and upgrading of the tourist town finally.Firstly, a simple analysis of the current domestic and international tourism townwas studied, the markets, industries, products, industry support and other issues thattown tourism faced with was summaried according to the development background andstatus of ancient town tourism. In order to achieve the purpose of paradigmdevelopment shift of huang-longxi tourism, the way of town tourism upgrade andsafeguards was explored, and the measure of integration and penetration of tourism andother related industries was used. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was used tomake a preliminary analysis and countermeasure choices of upgrading way andsafeguards for the town tourism in this paper by reading the literature of the ancienttown tourism，and research and surveys on Huang-longxi town. Tourism resources ofHuang-longxi was re-evaluated by the methods of AHP to reconstruct the tourism model;tourism industry of huanglongxi was anylyzed using SPSS regression equations to establish the basis for reconstruction of tourism industry. Finally, the conclusions arelisted as followed: upgrading of town tourism is the suitable way to regulate and delaythe life cycle of town tourism; and a new development modle of Sichuan town tourismis uegented needed, depending on the demand of tourists；Through the reflection ofmultiplier effect the development of other industries can be also promoted by the way ofcombining town tourism and rural touism.The innovation of this paper is as followed: Create a new model of the tourist townupgrades and promote a sustainable development way of town tourism by theperspective of regional industry integration and upgrading of town tourism with the helpof market-oriented trends.
