With a large number of female Employees entering the domestic job market, the gender structure of employees within the organization has undergone tremendous changes. In the fierce market competition, the high-performance enterprises will get considerable development.Thus highly educated women, as a core group of female employees, their professional development and career success directly affects the overall performance of the enterprise. Numerous studies have confirmed that organizational support has positive influence on the overall performance of individual employees and organizational success, but research on mechanism of organizational support and employees’career success is still relatively little.In this study, female employees of highly educated will be taken as research subjects, constructing relationship between organizational support and career success,taking individual career management as the intermediary variable, discussing the mechanism of interaction with the variables. Firstly, basing on domestic and foreign scholars’achievements, this paper organize research in recent years; secondly, through the induction of previous studies, this paper summarizes the proposed structural equation modeling and theoretical assumptions; once again, this paper re-examine the scale to ensure that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity; then, collect data to get results and conclusions; finally, according to the results of the analysis, the paper gives recommendations from the perspective of individuals and organizations.This paper gets343questionnaires, the use of data collected by confirmatory factor analysis test organizational support, the validity of individual career management and career success scales; through descriptive statistics found that organizational support of highly educated employees and three dimensions, career success and competitiveness of the internal and external dimensions of the average high water; demographic variables in the analysis, exploring age, unit type, size of the organization, impact of job level, job type and dimensions of each variable, the results show jobs, corporate nature had no significant effect on the individual variables and their dimensions, and the remaining four factors of organizational support, psychological capital and its dimensions, performance and its dimensions are varying degrees of impact; correlation analysis found that organizational support, career management and career success have positive correlation, but its organizational support and external competitiveness and internal colleagues to support competitiveness and colleagues to support and career management dimension relationship does not exist; the structural equation model fitting, and found a good fit to the model, thus proving the assumption of the theoretical model proposed in this study to get a better verification; through gradual self-mediating effect of career management test and further explore organizational support and employee career success mechanism.The findings will help business managers have depth understanding of perceived organizational support, developing targeted strategies to help staff carry out individual career management, Ultimately helping organizations and employees to achieve a win-win situation.
