Career success can comprehensive evaluation the individuals work results.It's really important for individuals and organizations.and is also a focus of scholars' attention and research.In the background of a new career,the organization's environmental changed rapidly.Individuals can effectively regulate their work behaviors,and making postive reaction to changing environment is the key to career success.The individual intrinsic character has a significant effect on his work behavior.Proactive personality can effectively influence the career success.This has reached more and more consensus,but its internal influence mechanism remains to be further explored.Based on the theoretical support of social cognitive theory,self-determination theory,and social exchange theory,this paper constructs a model about proactive personality affect career success,want to research The relationship between proactive personality and career success,and discuss the mediation effect of generalized self-efficacy on the relationship between proactive personality and career success,the moderating effect of sense of organizational support on the relationship between general self-efficacy and career success and its dimensions.use questionnaire survey collected 330 valid questionnaires,using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0 to Analysis data,and draw the three following conclusion:(1)proactive personality significantly positively influences career success and its dimensions;(2)generalized self-efficacy partially mediation the relationship between proactive personality and career success and its dimension career satisfaction,and completely mediation the relationship between proactive personality and organizational internal competitiveness and organizational external competitiveness;3)the sense of organizational support has a moderating effect on the relationship between general self-efficacy and professional success and its dimension career satisfaction,while it has no significant effect on general self-efficacy,organizational internal competitiveness and organizational external competitiveness.In summary,this study is based on the practical management faced business management issues,and incorporates proactive personality,general self-efficacy,organizational support,and career success into a research framework,validates the relationship between variables through empirical analysis.Provide theoretical basis for employees and managers in career management.
