Research On The Supply Chain Collaboration Of Retail Enterprise Based On Grid

With the development of economic globalization, the global retail enterprises did collaborative optimization of global network layout on their own supply chain system, greatly enhanced their scale and competitive of global expansion. In recent years, Chinese retail enterprises have achieved great development, but compared with the overseas retail enterprises, there is a big gap on competitiveness and profitability. The main reason is that informationization level of our supply chain management is low; collaboration among supply chain nodes is not strong. In order to improve Chinese retail enterprises’ profitability, it is necessary for the supply chain collaborative optimization.As a kind of resource sharing technology, interoperable grid emphasizes interoperate of resources at the same time of resources integration, and supports the resource sharing and collaboration among dynamic and various virtual organization, so grid has better advantages in the respect of resources sharing. Establishment of grid management platform based on Grid Technology and existing network and information infrastructures, the grid theory is introduced into the retail enterprises supply chain collaborative, the grid and supply chain fuse effectively, thus it not only can enrich the grid applications, but also can increase flexibility and profitability of retail enterprises supply chain.The paper uses the retail enterprises supply chain as the research object, using the grid technology and the synergetic theory. Aimed at the retail enterprises supply chain management problems, the paper puts forward the collaborative model and its operation strategy of retail enterprises supply chain based on grid. The main research work includes:(1) Based on research background, the paper analyzed retail enterprises status at home and abroad and problems of Chinese retail enterprises supply chain, put forward thought that through the grid method to solve the collaborative problem of the supply chain, and explicated research purpose, the research content and research methods.(2) The paper analyzed the theoretical basis, including the synergetic theory, system theory and the grid system structure, and summarized the related literature reviews about the grid management and supply chain collaborative. On this basis, the paper expounded collaborative demands of the retail enterprises supply chain, to research feasibility of grid and synergetic theory in supply chain collaborative.(3) Based on the analysis of Chinese retail enterprise supply chain grid management mechanism, the paper constructed the retail enterprises supply chain collaborative model based on grid (including the model elements, foundation and model subject), and presented the retail enterprises supply chain business coordination, information network coordination, infrastructure network coordination and organization network coordination, on this basis, the paper proposed retail enterprise supply chain collaborative strategy based on grid.(4) According to the supply chain collaboration performance and model structure, the paper choose performance evaluation indexes of supply chain collaborative, constructed comprehensive performance evaluation system of retail enterprises supply chain coordination, and selected the multistage dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain evaluation. Finally, the paper selected the typical retail enterprises, collecting and processing raw data, then completed the supply chain collaborative evaluation and suggestions.
