Research On Quality Management System Of Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company's Grid Platform Project Based On CMM Theory

China's communication industry restructuring in 2008, China's communications market went into a period of three pillars. With market competition increasing, industry transformation, operation ability, and the quality of service has become the key of telecommunication enterprises to get ahead in the competition. The improvement of service quality depends on the level of informatization. Under this background, Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company launched grid platform construction project. Grid platform was relied on China's telecommunication enterprise network,through sharing the Internet server and database,blend the enterprise network resources, equipment resources, customer information resources together, through a unified interface provide services function for enterprise employees. Grid platform project belongs to software development projects.Software project's goal is providing a system which can meet the requirements of function.Therefore, the quality of software system is a key factor that can determine the project is success or failure. There were some quality management problems exist in the process of grid platform project construction and operation, and quality management system is not sound and implementation does not reach the designated position were the main factors that affect the quality of project.In view of this, this paper based on the analysis of grid platform's Quality management problems,used the quality management theory of software project, constructing a quality management system of Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company's grid platform,and put forward some specific safeguard measures. This paper includes five parts: The first part,establishing the research purpose and significance of this paper through the background research; The second part, demarcating the concept of grid platform and software project quality management, and introducing a software project quality management of the industry standard——CMM model; The third part, introducing the background of Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company's grid platform, analyzing the quality management problems of Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company; The fourth part, constructing a quality management system of Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company's grid platform, including quality target system, the quality control system and quality guarantee system combining with CMM model, Deming Circle and other software project quality management theory; The fifth part, putting forward some specific measures to ensure the quality of Heilongjiang Telecommunication Company's grid platform.
