| Talent motivation is an essential part of modern enterprise management. From the perspective of modern enterprise management, the important thing is not only to choose, use and manage people, but also to make full use of the talent of people, dig the potential and maximize the capability. For example, the "five more and three less" of Lenovo, the "industry to dedicate country" of Higher, the elimination of "beds of precipitation" of founder of Alibaba, who quit and apply to Huawei, all of which explain the importance of motivation. So, to establish a scientific motivation system is urgent for the sound development of enterprise. Only a sound motivation system can fully mobilize the positivity, initiative, creativity and enthusiasm of employees, which is also the most direct, realistic and effective management method.The development of port enterprise tends to be more international, large and collective. As the hub for resource allocation, the function of port become more and more important and the competition among port enterprises become more and more fierce. How to maintain a sustainable and sound development becomes the strategic target of port enterprise. Overall, the sound and sustainable development of a port mainly depend on the competitive edge of port enterprise, only with which port enterprise can take the advantage on market. The core competitive advantage of port enterprise comes from human resource, while the backbone employee is the most important part of human resource management, which decides the core competence of enterprise. The number, overall competence, technology and loyalty of backbone employee weigh much importance to enterprise and decide the development direction of enterprise. So, to explore the incentive issues of backbone employee in port enterprise and establish sound motivation system becomes a must for the development of port enterprise.In this thesis, I will first research on the background, purpose and significance of motivation system in Tianjin Port, sort the research status quo of motivation system domestically and abroad, generalize content and method for further research and determine the key issues to be solved. In the second part, I will mainly research on the basic theory and classification of motivation, focusing on the general characteristic of backbone employee. I will further discuss the components affecting backbone employee, investigate in details on management mode and motivation ways and study the internal relation between the characteristic of backbone employee and motivation system. In the third part, I will go deep into the object of study in this thesis---enterprise in Tianjin Port, engaging on field research on the status quo of backbone employee of enterprise in Tianjin Port. In accordance with the principle of motivation system, I will formulate the scheme of motivation system of backbone employee of enterprise in Tianjin Port. In the fourth part, I will further improve the above mentioned scheme, including such motivation methods as corporate’s sense of responsibility, salary, promotion and decision to participate. Then, I will formulate an implementation strategy of this backbone employee motivation system of enterprise in Tianjin Port, including improving motivation system, making the motivation system sounder and more scientific, establishing effective motivation culture and building up talent motivation strategy. At last, I will conclude this thesis and elaborate some ideas on it. I will also analyze some deficiency about this thesis and hope to further improve it. |
