With the development of the knowledge economy, knowledge has become an important source which is a long-term sustainable development of enterprise. Knowledge workers who has the creative ability will turn into the basis of value-added enterprise, whose significance is prominent gradually. In order to survive and develop, the enterprise must set up a reasonable and effective motivation system, which based on the special characters of knowledge workers and sticks to the principle of differentiation and diversification, to enhance the degree of satisfaction of staff ,enhance the work achievements, and truly achieve the goal of attracting the talented person, motivating the talented person, and detaining the talented person. This article applies the method of theory analysis linked with practice, analyzes the present problems existing in the incentive mechanism of SNT Co., based on the instruction and the analysis of the modern motivation theory and special characters of knowledge workers, then the article sets up the motivation system of SNT Co. from four aspects: the reasonable salary systems, design incentive work, personal development and enterprise culture.A set of effective motivation mechanism should be the all-round motivation system, in the other word, the motivation mechanism has not only concerned about material motivation and spiritual motivation, but also short-time motivation and long-time motivation, at the same time, motivation measure should keep up with the time and tide.Only based on the actual situation and reality of the enterprise, a set of reasonable and scientific motivation system can be established, then truly motivate their selves.
