Performance management as one of the human resource management skill will play adecisive role in the practical works. Especially for the field service department staffs howto effectively evaluate the performance of employees and how to improve their enthusiasmand creative potential, to achieve the strategic objectives of the department, are verycritical for a field customer service department now. Now, it’s very critical for the fieldservice department have a good performance review system.This article is taking TER Company Field Service department as an example, byinvestigating on TER Field Service department currently using performance review system.Find out the problems and what reasons caused such problems, and then work out a way toovercome these problems. Eventually, figure out an improved KPI performancemanagement system.
