Improvement Research On Funds Centralized Management For HS Cement Group

Funds play an important role in group’s survival and development, it is also oneof the essential ingredients for the production and business operation activities. Fundscentralized management run through each link of the whole group production,operation, investment, financing and so,permeates all aspects of the enterprise groupmanagement. How to strengthen funds management and improve funds operationalefficiency has become a top priority of corporate financial management．Since1990s,many large groups using funds centralized management to improve the efficiency offunds and strengthen the member enterprise regulatory.This article systematically reviews the existing research on Funds centralizedmanagement from two aspects of theory research and application research;Summarizes the relationship between the funds centralized management and relatedtheory;Compares different pattern of funds centralized management and shows theselection principle of it. And as a guide, the article systematically analyzes the currentsituation and problems of funds centralized management in HS Cement Group. Thereare three problems exists in HS cement group：Decentralized funds occupancy andpoor efficiency of capital using、 low risk control ability of the group and Poorinformation transfer. It’s mainly caused by the group headquarters lack of authority is,funds management and monitoring and evaluation of funds centralized management isinsufficient, and the methods and means for funds centralized management arebackward and other reasons.Aiming at solving these problems，the article gives ansuggestion,that using “direct connection between bank and enterprise” technologyand introducing two lines of revenue and expenditure management to improve theefficiency and effectiveness of the funds centralized management.In order to ensurethe smooth implementation of improvement measures,this article gives threeSupporting measures: improving the capital management authority; strengtheninginternal financial group supervision and control, establish the fund informationmanagement platform.In a word,this article provides a reasonable way to improve thefunds centralized management for HS cement group.
