Risk management is a significant part of modern enterprise management system, and the tax risk management is particularly important. At present, a great many enterprises are in the key period of scale expansion, development and transformation.The relevant tax laws,as well as regulations, are increasingly perfect, and tax regulation is more and more tight. Therefore, suitable, sound and effective tax risk management and control mechanisms, according to enterprises’own need and operating characteristics of the environment, need to be established in order to minimize or avoid the tax risk, and improve enterprise risk prevention and management levelXYS company, a private enterprises, which is mainly engaged in the scientific research development, and the product sale of new medical products. As the enterprise is in the start-up stage, the internal control system is not perfect, which lead to a large number of tax risk. In the following, we attempt to build a scientific management system, which will be based on the XYS operating conditions by combining the practical work experience in the financial with tax risks theory.
