The Study Of Elevator Project Quality Management

The Thesis first starts with the basic theory of project quality management, quality management concepts and related theories for the understanding, and discusses the important role of quality management for modern enterprises; By the project, project management, quality and project quality management basic concepts and management methods, from the SIPOC (:Supplier-suppliers, Input-Input; the Process-Process; the Output, the Output, the Client/Customer-Customer) processes focus on the Customer’s point of view, to understand the quality plan, quality control, quality improvement targets end point is the Customer project.Quality improvement project stage is presented in this paper, based on the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) introducing strict Root Cause Analysis (RRCA:Relentless Root Cause Analysis). The RRCA is to pursue the process failure end quickly, once solve, will no longer occur. Analysis on the idea of using different work piece of DIVE with PDCA, definition, survey, authentication, make sure (DIVE) is to use RRCA/MP. To meet customer demand and reduce the additional cost is the most important goal, project quality management is the primary factor of improving product market competition advantage.
