Thirdly, the thesis describes the proces s of ERP system application in A company, mainly analyzes the implementation of target an d process from sales management, purchasing management, production management etc.Co mbining with the preparations and the specific processes, the matters needing attention and t he potential problems of ERP system application.Finally, the thesis takes use of the Balance d Scorecard theory to evaluate the application of A company ERP system performance.It ch ooses the4most important aspects of the Balanced Scorecard theory including Financial, C ustomer, Internal Business Processes, Learn and Growth, combined with A company’s situa tion to determine the quantitative indexes. Analysis the differences after the application of E RP system, based on the recent financial statements, the questionnaire, BOM etc. It can be c oncluded that the application of ERP system in A company had improved the indexes to a c ertain extent.
