Taojiang Country Bamboo Industry Development Strategy Research

In the background of the global climate warming, shortage of timber and other environmental problems becoming increasingly prominent,bamboo industry, highly integrated with ecological effect, economic effect and social effect, has prevailed in society. Bamboo forestry will be a dividend carrier under the deeper Forest Right System reform, which will play a vital role in promoting forestry income, enriching the rural economic structure, providing surplus rural labor forces with more jobs and developing a beautiful China. However, there are still some problems about bamboo industry in Taojiang, including underdeveloped resources development, low efficient resources utilization, simple product structure, low technology content and low market share and so on. Meanwhile, the development of the Taojiang brand is greatly hindered because of the lack of scientific position for development that is difficult to form the industrial scale and economic benefit.Currently, Taojiang county is developing and implementing Taojiang bamboo projects with hundreds of billion, which themed on promoting scientific development, establishing an eco-Taojiang. Based on this condition, this essay is going to analyze the current condition of Taojiang bamboo industry, and make a proposal on how to realize sustainable development.Firstly,this essay demonstrates the development stories of bamboo industry home and abroad, and generates the basic outline. Secondly, it introduces the development course and the present situation about TaoJiang bamboo industry, focusing on the analysis of bamboo industry development, and then analyzing the taojiang bamboo industry industrial structure from three aspects,which are bamboo resources, bamboo industry development and industrial layout.A SWOT strategy is carried out in the author’s analysis. The analysis shows that external environment poses greater impact on Taojiang bamboo industry and it has more internal advantages than disadvantages. Therefore, a SO strategy is suggested to be adopted. Taojiang should make full use of favorable internal and external environment so as to realize a faster, more sustainable and healthier development. The author chooses Anji,a country in Zhejiang province where bamboo industry develops well as sample-elected place, to sum up the experiences of its development and complement each other,then to provide beneficial enlightenment for development strategies of TaoJiang bamboo industry.This paper attempts to propose some development strategies on the condition of bamboo industry in Taojiang,such as establishing a development idea that is based on resource cultivation, supported by technology innovation, prioritizing on planning, focused on project development and guaranteed by innovative mechanism. Hopefully this essay will have high relevant and reference value to the development of bamboo industry in Taojiang.
