Research On Bamboo Industry Development Countermeasure At Zhiping Town,Ninghua Country

Bamboo industry as a set of ecological,economic and social benefits in one of the industry,and it increasingly popular by people in the broader context of the global shortage of wood,the Chinese government attaches importance to the three rural issues and environmental protection.With the deepening of the structural reform of supply-sidethe,the development of the bamboo industry will play an important role in promoting the farmers’ income,enriching the rural economic structure,promoting the rural labor force employment,flooding the rural tourism culture market and building the beautiful countryside.Zhiping town Ninghua country is one of the three bamboo area more than 100 thousand acres of the township in Sanming city,rich in resources,slow development of bamboo industry,resource advantage did not play very well.Firstly,this paper gives a brief description of the development of bamboo industry at home and abroad and bamboo industry the related concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the field investigation and questionnaire,this paper introduces the present situation of the development of bamboo industry in Zhiping town,analysis from the aspects of bamboo resources exploitation and bamboo industry development.It is found the development of bamboo industry in Zhiping town exist some problems and shortcomings such as management awareness is not strong,the resource development is not enough,low utilization rate of production,science and technology content is not high,the product has the simple structure,low degree of cooperative development,less investment.Through the analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of bamboo industry in Zhiping town,it is considered that industry development of Zhiping town face the external environment opportunities are greater than the threat,its own internal development more advantages than disadvantages.Combined with the experience of the development of bamboo industry in Yong’an City,Fujian Province,summed up its development experience,learn from each other and provide useful enlightenment for the development strategy of Zhiping town industry.Put forward the scientific planning,rational layout,strengthen the infrastructure construction,reinforce the resource base,strengthen the service system construction,build the development platform,give full play to the advantages of resources,diversified development,seize the policy opportunities,develop bamboo shoots processing industry and other feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
