With the development of urbanization and the deepening of the reform and opening-up process in China, the life of our residents has gradually entered the stage of comprehensive well-being from the problem of adequate food and clothing, and the demand for financial management has been increasing day by day. But H Bank Dalian Branch in the financial manager of the incentive mechanism, there are still some problems. In order to attract and retain outstanding financial managers, reduce brain drain, reduce the financial manager's complaints, enhance their work enthusiasm, work ability and work performance, to build their core competitiveness in the market, the financial manager incentive mechanism research has become H Bank Dalian Branch urgent need to solve the problem.This paper is based on the incentive mechanism of H bank Dalian branch financial management as the research object, using the case form, through theory and practice of in-depth and meticulous research, first proposed H Bank Dalian branch in financial manager incentive mechanism appears three management problems: Salary incentive mechanism can not meet the needs of employees, non-salary incentive mechanism is not perfect lead to brain drain and career development channel unreasonable lack of incentives for employees. Secondly, according to the incentive mechanism theory and related methods in human resource management, the root causes and causes of these problems are analyzed respectively. Then, in order to solve the above problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and measures, including: perfecting the salary incentive mechanism, establishing a reasonable honor evaluation system and perfecting the career development channel of the financial manager. Finally, the corresponding safeguard measures are given to ensure the smooth implementation of countermeasures and measures.Through the study found that the financial manager of the incentive mechanism is a complex system, H Bank Dalian Branch needs to continue to practice, feedback, improve the effective management of financial managers to encourage and increase employee satisfaction, reduce brain drain, personal goals and objectives consistent with the bank to improve the Bank of Dalian branch of the core competition force.
