With the rapid development of China’s economy, the Business Type of the traditional agricultural market will be gradually encountered a bottleneck in the development, facing difficult to normalize, fake and inferior goods, tax dodging and evasion appear though prohibited repeatedly.Under the guidance and support of national policies, many companies began to explore the transformation of the traditional agricultural market like supermarkets, but in this process, the fresh supermarkets not only to facet the direct competition of traditional agricultural market, it takes time to culture the consumers consumption habits and other issues; Internal operations, management deficiencies are the main factors restricting the development of supermarkets, and how to find the point of profitability of supermarkets, sustainable development is a must to be solved the problem. As by analyzing the development of the domestic and international supermarkets and successful enterprises operating supermarkets, we find:the main point is the re-integration of industrial chain, skip the constraints of the wholesale market, and direct marketing to achieve docking; relying on modern fresh distribution center at the same time, fresh produce processing so that it can reach into the supermarket standard; In the fresh delivery process, the entire cold chain of fresh products can improve the value of the product, to extend the sales cycle of fresh products.Yimin as the builders of the agricultural fresh supermarket in Chengdu, and how to deal with the transformation of the agricultural market to find a road suited to their development. BY analyzing the production of agricultural products and the sales situation of the city in recent years, It increases in the state rely on the wholesale market when70%of the sales of agricultural products, the sales represented a considerable increase, combined with the population rise predicted the city over the next10years, the food consumption will be in the fast rising phase, which provide a good external environment for the development of supermarkets. My company has22agricultural markets, supermarkets are five, the rest is the traditional agricultural market, and the2-3supermarkets will be opened in the second half of2012.The supermarkets received a good reputation, but profitability has been worse than the traditional agricultural market. The reason is mainly caused due to the mode which is agricultural cooperatives associates is lack of ability to sell the sales,also the duplication of distribution, decreased operating costs caused by the high profits of supermarkets. To solve these problems, My company consider the further increase in supermarkets, and gradually increase the proportion of the company’s own vegetables in the Shuangliu Baijia wholesale market to establish a distribution center, create new profit growth point, and at the same time regulate supermarkets the operations process, thus promoting the development of supermarkets in Chengdu.
