Since the intermediate stage of 1990s, the foreign supermarkets have massively entered our country which not only have caused transformation of our country's supermarkets industry, but also have affected the domestic supermarkets, Agri-food's sales channel and consumer's consumption custom. Many aspects have begun to change with different degree. Why can the foreign supermarkets bring so much influence in China? Its reason mainly lie in which they bring the mature and advanced management pattern. However, domestic supermarkets' management pattern has exposed much shortage. Therefore, 'the demonstration effect' which the foreign supermarkets brought has raised the transformation upsurge to China's supermarkets industry.Where do the foreign supermarkets' demonstration effect manifest? Which aspects should the domestic supermarkets study from them? This needs to research thoroughly to the foreign supermarkets, while carries on the analysis to the domestic supermarket's shortage and disparity, then we can obtain twice result with half effort through this way.This paper carries on the comparative analysis in many aspects to domestic and foreign supermarkets: Firstly, this paper researches the distribution strategy of domestic and foreign supermarkets and the analysis result indicates that the domestic and foreign supermarkets adopt the different distribution strategy. Secondly, the paper studies the different purchase and sales system which is using now in domestic and foreign supermarkets. Thirdly, the paper analyses the different number of imported fruits and organic vegetables in domestic and foreign supermarkets using regression model, then it explains the influence factors which affected the number.Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the paper respectively gives some advices to our country's government and the domestic supermarkets enterprise hoping that the government continues to give the supports in the policy and the fund to domestic supermarkets to help the enterprises stand stably under the foreign capital supermarket's formidable offensive. At the same time, the paper proposes the domestic supermarkets enterprise should 'train hard the internal strength' to enhances own strength, cooperation consciousness and advanced management consciousness rapidly.The whole paper gives the systemic comparative analysis to domestic and foreign supermarkets. The innovation point is that it takes massive fresh investigations data as the analysis basis.
