With the development of our economy and the progress of the society,fresh specialized supermarket has developed rapidly,especially in the recent years,under the support of government policy and funding,all parts of the country began to explore traditional market to the road of fresh supermarket transformation,gradually formed the specialized supermarket instead of the traditional market situation.However,along with the deepening of our country "CCIS" movement,fresh agricultural products supermarkets in facing difficulties and obstacles in the process of operation also gradually revealed,as a result,fresh specialized supermarket develop slowly.In many parts of the fresh agricultural products supermarkets in China have been in trouble in the process of operation,many supermarkets could not be out of the woods,finally had to choose to fold.Based on this truth,this thesis start from fresh professional supermarket management this problem,with the STP theory,the 4C theory,service marketing theory,the professional division of labor theory as the theoretical basis,and the fresh agricultural products supermarket business success at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized analysis,and then explore the development course and status quo of fresh agricultural products sales terminals,based on the questionnaire survey to consumers of zhengzhou and the operator adopts interview communication,through the data collection and analysis and communicate with the operator in zhengzhou in fresh professional supermarket management problems that exist in the process.Problem is mainly manifested in the following aspects:(1)the management and service does not reach the designated position(2)the supermarket site selection is not reasonable,(3)lower prices are inflated and freshness,(4)the high loss of fresh agricultural products business,(5)procurement channels has shortcomings,circulation is multifarious,(6)processing degree is insufficient,produce large amounts of urban garbage and ineffective logistics.Through management at home and abroad for reference,the more successful the fresh agricultural products supermarkets,and in combination with the actual situation of zhengzhou city,aiming at the problems in Zhengzhou city fresh professional supermarket business,chapter 7 of the targeted measures are put forward:(1)reasonable scheduling and improve the level of service,(2)the scientific selection,(3)reasonable pricing,(4)actively explore ways to reduce loss of fresh,(5)create fresh agricultural products base,reduce circulation,(6),processing outsourcing products roughing to finishing.
