Research On Knowledge Management Of Aerodynamic Maintenance Enterprise A

With the rapid development of science and technology, and the widespread use of new technology, people have stepped into the era of knowledge economy, whose distinct symbol is that knowledge has become the main factor to guide the growth of social economy and the key element to form the enterprise’s core competitive ability. Knowledge economy calls for another new kind of management style, which incurs the occurrence of knowledge management. Exploring a well-established mode of knowledge management to realize value increment of enterprise’s knowledge assets and to promote their core competitive ability has become a dream of each enterprise in the times of knowledge economy.Especially in the aviation maintenance companies, the knowledge, technologies and the working experience which the outstanding technical workers own are the most significant competitiveness. The engine is the heart of an airplane which is called the most beautiful pearl. And maintenance, which is like the process of researching, is of great complexity and technique. Because of the foreigners’monopolization of the maintaining technologies, it is essential for Chinese experts to accumulate experience of maintenance, transform the information into knowledge, innovate the maintaining methods, make the deep repair and rework the dynamical system in order to support the research of the new equipment, and improve the development of China’s Aviation. Therefore, it is extremely important to implement knowledge management in the system of aviation equipment maintenance, especially in the maintaining companies of aviation dynamical systems.The research object of this thesis is the maintaining companies of aviation dynamical systems. Firstly it focuses on the analysis of the importance and the necessity of promoting knowledge management in aerodynamic maintenance enterprises and expounds the purpose and the meaning of this research. Then, based on the relevant theoretical study of knowledge and knowledge management, the thesis summarizes related research literature and research achievements at home and abroad. Next, based on the analysis of existing problems and shortcomings on knowledge management of Enterprise A, improved strategies for the knowledge management mode will be put forward by systematically combing and summarizing the active exploration on knowledge management of Enterprise A. That is to comprehensively use four kinds of modes (best examples-application sharing, knowledge capital, professional knowledge network, customer knowledge sharing) following the way and purpose of knowledge assets usage. These four modes effectively centralize dispersed knowledge assets and flexibly deploy them to realize their cooperation and connection, the eventual effect of which is the effective use of knowledge including visible knowledge and invisible knowledge. To ensure the effective employment of these four modes, three safeguard measures will be suggested for knowledge management, which contain making knowledge management strategy and designing organization, establishing knowledge management culture system and forming "knowledge market", establishing the information system of knowledge management with the help of information technology. Finally it is the summary and prospect of this thesis, introducing the conclusion and limitation of the study, meanwhile providing the specific advice for further studies. Its purpose is to provide the systematic solutions of knowledge management which can be referenced by high and new technology industries in China, especially manufacturing and maintaining enterprise of high-end equipment. To open the subject of discussion, this thesis is mainly to inspire the researchers of knowledge management.
