Lastly, based on NDSIA’s personnel, funding,developing members and operating, the thesis analyze the current situation of China’s associationand find the mutual problems such as lagging laws and regulations, shortage of necessary function,lack of professional talents and improving the serving philosophy.Finally, according to the reality of NDSIA and the great experience from the foreign tradeassociation developing, the thesis offers solutions such as strengthening the law and regulations,renovating the management system, building function, increase input in policy and the association’s self-building from4aspects of association’s self-discipline, serving philosophy,non-profit operation and self-operating.
