Research On Safety Culture Construction In Xinyao Mine

At present, China’s coal industry is flourishing, but the coal mine production safety issuehas been plagued by coal mining enterprises. How to effectively curb has become as pressingdanger safety problems of enterprise development to these effects. In recent years, despite theinvestment in construction of facilities in the production of the coal mine has increased, butthe "safety culture" is the coal mine enterprise weakness still. Safety culture is the guaranteeof the most lasting, the most reliable, the most effective factors of production safety in coalmine enterprises.Through the analysis of the domestic coal mine safety accident contrast,fundamental reasons of China’s coal mine frequent is safe and not really become the core ofenterprise culture.The new pit coal mine as a coal mining enterprise, has realized in the current coalindustry environment, the urgent need to strengthen the construction of safety culture,construction enterprises have started to safety culture system, and made some achievements,but there are still many problems in the construction process, the enterprise safety culturesystem has yet to be perfect. In this paper, on the base of analyzing the basic theory of thesafety culture, according to the actual Xinyao mine enterprises, discusses the construction ofthe new kiln coal mine enterprise safety culture status, achievements, and problems, analysesthe influence factors of the construction of the new kiln coal mine enterprise safety culture,and the causes and influence factors are system analysis implementation of the proposedmethod, the construction of the new kiln, coal mine safety culture of enterpriseimplementation steps and operation security methods.
