During the rapid development of finance and economy, regional factor flowbegins to play a more and more prominent role in financial agglomeration. Based onthis background, this thesis studied the coupling relationship between financialagglomeration system and factor flow system from six parts. In addition, our countryis divided into four regions in order to compare the difference of the couplingrelationship between them. The first part mainly introduces the background and statusquo of financial agglomeration system and factor flow system. The second partintroduces the theories of the main concepts and models which involved in this thesis. The third part has established a comprehensive appraisement index system offinancial agglomeration system and factor flow system. It has evaluated the quality offinancial agglomeration and factor flow in112core cities of China from2009to2012,by using principal component method and efficacy function. In order to comparing,the112Chinese core cities are divided into four regions: eastern, central, western andnortheastern regions. And on this basis, we test the spatial correlation between thetwo systems. The test result shows that both financial agglomeration system andfactor flow system of the core cities present strong space autocorrelation. The fourthpart introduces the coupling and coupling coordination degree models betweenfinancial agglomeration and factor flow and the empirical research is done here. Theempirical result for regional comparative analysis has showed that the couplingrelationship of the eastern core cities significantly is better than the western andnortheastern ones. According to the above conclusions, we put forward some policiesand suggestions to promote the balanced development of urban financialagglomeration and factor flow between four areas in the fifth part. In the end, wesummarize the research conclusion of the thesis and propose some deficiency in thisstudy.
