Economic integration is an inevitable trend,an increasing number of competitorsbrings the increasing competitive pressures.Competitors not only from our countryas well as from abroad.Facing to so many competitors,how to improve thecompetitiveness stay in the fierce market to have their own place, is the things thatbusiness managers particularly concerned about.For the firm,take good use of performance appraisal can improve employeesatisfaction and accomplishment and achieve company goals.On the contrary wouldbreak the good atmosphere of company and restricting the company’sdevelopment.Enterprises must find their own performance management model,so toensure the development of firm, performance appraisal must be prepared to work fine.In this paper,combining the current situation of M company with the knowledgeof management and corporate strategy and performance management,through acomprehensive analysis of the M company’s performance appraisal system,find outdifficulties and problems in practice of Performance appraisal. trying to optimize theperformance appraisal system of M company.Hoping to give some suggestions forimprovement,to help enterprises to improve the level of performance appraisal.Theresults of the study have reference significance to similar businesses.
