With the development of science and technology, increase in productivity among enterprises facing more intense competition. To encourage competition, whether the advantages of human resources elements able to play is very important. The21st century is the century of competition for talent, the quality of people determines the development of enterprises. Performance appraisal system as an important part of human resources management, will be extremely important weight.In this paper, the theory of human resource management, performance assessment as a basis for the theory, using a systems approach, comparative methods to analyze induction, illustrate other research methods, Geological Research Center for Eastern Company’s performance appraisal conducted systematic research question, geological Research Center found that Eastern Company in the management of some problems, especially the traditional state-owned institutions and industry market trends have had a certain contradiction. By analyzing the job characteristics, establish performance goals, establish a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system, adjust the appraisal cycle, proposed safeguards and regular reviews of the six solutions that ensure the content and assessment of the company’s strategy.
