Research On Crisis Management Of Small And Medium-sized Biophamaceutical Enterprises In China

The Enterprise Crisis Management has already become a popular research realmof numerous scholars. Its essence lies in how to identify and guard against theoccurrence of crisis before it comes, and how to manage it and convert it into theopportunity of enterprise development when it has come.Because of its environment and industry characteristics, small and medium-sizedbiopharmaceutical enterprises are always in crisis during its developing process. It hasthe characteristics of the universality and also has characteristics of its complexity ofthe industry, so how to grasp the mechanism of such enterprise crisis and constructthe small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises’s crisis managementmodel which is studied, analyzed and summarized,is the main content of this paper.The work of this thesis contains the following:Firstly,this paper combined with domestic and international numerous academicresearch results from various aspects of crisis and crisis management concepts,inorder to fully understand the crisis and crisis management. On the basis of Chinesebiopharmaceutical enterprise industry status, this paper describes its crisis source andmechanism. Because biological medicine industry crisis management studies in chinastarted later than other western countries, so in this area we obtains less researchachievements, especially in view of its small and medium-sized enterprise.Sostudying and analyzing of its theory is urgent and necessary. In the basis ofcomprehensive analysis of small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises, thewriter make use of principle of crisis management to construct the crisis managementmodel of small and medium-sized biopharmaceutical enterprises,and the model areanalyzed and expounded.This paper gives five elements of this model,incluing“enterprise strategy,core team,quality guarantee,capital chain management andinformation communication”.and it also gives three states control systems,including“crisis precaution,crisis management,the recovery after crisis management.” Whathopes to realize "effective for crisis prevention and control, reasonable use of crisismanagement mode, actively participate in crisis management" beneficial. The writerhope this paper will realize the sustainable development of the enterprise itself, andconstantly improving the core competitive power of enterprises.
