Small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the important position in the socio-economic development. Small and medium-sized enterprises are in the key periods of the reform and development too as the important component of our national economy. But the brain drain is hampering it's progress. After China's ascension to the WTO, small and medium companies will have to compete both domestically and internationally, which highlights the importance of solving the problem of employee turnover.For building a steady, high stuff, continuance development brain troop, this paper researches the problem of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain. Firstly, the paper analyses the present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain, set forth reasons and loss of the enterprise brain drain. Secondly, the paper establishes the system of the crisis management of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain, discourses main body and object of the crisis management of enterprise brain drain, content and function of the system, key factor that can proof the system run successful. Lastly, according to the process of the crisis management of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain, the paper builds the system of precaution and controlling in advance of the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain, puts forward the solutions for dealing with crisis and management after the event.
