Research On T Port Handling Cost Management Based On Lean Operation Mode

As a new successful mode, Lean Production has already been recognized byothers. It has a big impact on manufacturing industry and the modern managementthinking since it was founded in the90s last century. So far, there are already a lot ofresearches on lean production at home and abroad. But most of them are focused onthe process of manufacture, less of them are about the cost management under leanproduction. Based on this situation, the models of lean production seem limited.Therefore, it is very important to research on cost management mode under leanoperation.Today, in the sharply fierce competition, we are all suffering a big pressure instate-owned enterprise and private ones, in common manufacturing industry andlogistics, and even in port industry which always has monopolistic advantage ingeography. So, it has a big importance on cost control of enterprises.This paper will choose the perspective of lean operation mode to study T port ofloading and unloading costs management. Through T port example to explorefeasibility of lean operation mode in the port of loading and unloading costsmanagement. Explore the application of Activity-Based Costing in the management ofthe loading and unloading costs.
