There are many troubles in coal mining enterprises,such as Hard work environment,labor intensity,and Security risk.Establish fair and equitable incentive safeguard mechanismfor mobilizing the enthusiasm and sense of ownership of employees to achieve safe andefficient production and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have an important role.Because of this, successful companies regard the establishment of an effective incentivemechanism as the most important management.This paper focuses on employee incentives of chenjiagou coal mine.Firstly, to realizethe current situation of the employees incentives through the questionnaire results. Secondly,to analysis the defects of employee incentive mechanism and the real needs ofemployees.Then use demand motivation theory, process motivation theory, targetmanagement theory and integrated incentive theory to analysis the roots behind thecontradictions.Main incentive mechanism is relatively rigid,evaluation system is not sound,the promotion process less transparent, the incentive is slightly less than humannature.Finally, suggested for improvement ideas and programs.New incentives to respect thepurpose for humanity, empathy,and shared interests embody the principle of equal pay,performance-oriented,the line positions priority. promote staff development, care staff,Help employees succeed. According to his work, performance-oriented, fullimplementation of job performance pay system.This research can improve the staff incentive mechanism of chenjiagou coal mine andmanagement level,especially in human resource management level,and building enterprisecore competitive ability. To speed up the reform of Mine staff incentives mechanism andreform of state-owned enterprise has a reference value.
