With the coming of the knowledge economy core of human and knowledge capital, the human capital becomes the spring of wealthy creation and economic development. All knowledge, information, science and technology are carried by human being, who is the most important element in the productivity system and especially in the company administration, becomes the key part to fulfill the aim of a company's strategy; and on the different degree of human resources administration will depend on a company's success to construct and hold the competitive advantage. The salary administration is the kernel of the human resources administration and the Scientific salary system, which is able to prompt the company advance, arouse the staff's enthusiasm, attract and settle down the excellent qualified personnel so that it is advantageous to increase the enterprise efficiency and realize the developing aim. The salary system design is the backbone of the salary administration, the foundation of which the salary administration would well be performed.There is no perfect and best design for the salary system, and necessarily it should be adapted to the company development at progress. This article, by using the modern theory of the salary design and the report investigated in Wang Jiashan Company the human resources administration, dissects the problems existing in the human resources, especially the salary system, and through the methods of the working analysis, post evaluation and salary investigation, sets up a salary system suitable to the company's developing reality in order to solve the existed problems.This text take the modern salary management theories as the leading, according to lift questions, analysis problem, problem-solving way thinking, insist the principle that theories physically combine together, take company of Wang Jia shan the research object, combine the development strategy of the company, designed and carried out a set of salary system which is suitable for this enterprise to develop under the condition currently. hope to provide the salary frame that can be provided as reference for the similar enterprises, and manage the mode to the enterprise salary to rise to throw the function that the brick leads the jade.
