The competition in real estate market is increasingly fierce, and the governmentmacro-control policies are continuously issued. The real estate enterprises are at a turningpoint of their development. In order to achieve sustainable development, the integratedmanagement performance of real estate enterprises construction project should be evaluated.Scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of real estate enterprisesconstruction project can not only effectively investigate the effectiveness of the project, butalso has a continuous improvement in their future development and improve the deficiency ofenterprises project management by using project evaluation to improve enterprises weak link.Facing the fierce competition of real estate market, according to lagging condition of theoriginal construction project performance evaluation system, and based on current research ofreal estate enterprises construction project performance evaluation, the existing problems areanalyzed in details and the new performance evaluation system of real estate enterprisesconstruction project integrated management is built and its feasibility study is carried out inthis paper.In this paper, during the process of building performance evaluation system of real estateenterprises construction project integrated management, two main aspects are improved: first,the use of integrated supply chain thinking into the process of real estate enterprisesconstruction project performance evaluation so that the performance evaluation of theconstruction project whole process has been achieved. Second, the evaluation is divided into sub-totalĀ· to evaluate. Partial evaluation is divided into three stages according to theconstruction process. In each stage, the key indicators which have great impact on each stageare selected. Based on each stage evaluation, overall evaluation uses the classification scoremethod in each stage to carry out the comprehensive performance evaluation to real estateenterprises construction project. In this paper, a set of new real estate enterprises constructionproject integrated management performance evaluation system is constructed, and itsempirical analysis is carried out in the operation of actual project. Through the contrast inpractice of new and old system in real estate enterprises construction project, the real estateenterprises construction project integrated management performance evaluation system is put forward so that it can give a more rational evaluation. Meanwhile, the operability ofperformance evaluation system built in this paper is verified. Using the evaluation resultseffectively cope with the increasingly fierce market competition so that the scientificreference is provided to achieve the sustainable development of real estate enterprises.
