Migrant workers play an important role in urban construction and economic developmentin our country as special community. With the rapid development of our country’s economyand industry escalating, the migrant workers skills have be wanted higher requirements. Butthe situation of migrant workers’ job training is not optimistic at present. Though each sidetake an active part in migrant workers’ job training, effective coordination mechanism hasn’tbeen set up to coordinate training with all parties, and lead to phenomenon of repeatedtraining and resource wastes party occur occasionally. Therefore, it is necessary to studymultiple collaboration mechanism for migrant workers’ job training at the present stage.Through using document analysis and game analysis, the evolution process of migrantworkers’ job training subject is studied. The first stage is to organize training by government,and the second stage is the embryonic stage of training by different subjects, and the thirdstage is the developmental stage of training by different subjects. There are four ways formigrant workers’ job training at present. They are government-oriented, enterprises-oriented,training agency-oriented, NGO-oriented. Each ways have both advantages and disadvantages.It is necessary to build multiple collaboration mechanism for migrant workers’ job training. Itpromote the optimized allocation of the training resource. It promotes the specializationdivision of migrant workers’ job training. It promotes the orderly development of migrantworkers’ job training market. It promotes the job training system of migrant workers. Thereare three models of multiple collaboration mechanism for migrant workers’ job training:Civilian-Run and State-Subsidized、order-based、combine. The paper build evolutionary gametheoretical models of multi-collaborative system of migrant workers’ job training underconditions of external supervision and no external supervision. There are some factors that arekey factors for multiple collaboration mechanism for migrant workers’ job training runningsmoothly and orderly. Collective training resource input of cooperative subject、the economicbenefits of collaborative process、 the cooperation costs of cooperative subject、 theencouragement and punishment of government regulations on cooperative subjects are thesefactors. We can from the following aspects to do to ensure multiple collaboration mechanism for migrant workers’ job training run smoothly. Firstly, the motivation system of thegovernment on multiple collaboration subjects should be established. By giving cooperativetraining subject some financial subsidies policies and tax preferential policies, so as to attractmore forces to involved in migrant workers’ job training. Secondly, the system ofcommunication and coordination of collaboration subject should be established, and increaseinformation resources and talents sharing and exchange. Thirdly, to ensure the transparencyand legalized of collaboration mechanisms, so pluralist supervision system should beestablished.
