Abstract/Summary:
In 2018,the General Office of the Xi’an Municipal Government issued the "Several Opinions of the Xi’an Municipal People’s Government on Further Accelerating the Development of the Service Industry",which mentioned that to implement the spirit of the 13th Party Congress and 13th Plenary Session of the Municipal Party Committee,the construction of Greater Xi’an into a European Union An international metropolis with Asian cooperation and exchanges,fostering a trillion-scale modern service industry,mainly a hub economy,a portal economy,and a mobile economy,to achieve the city’s service industry’s goal of "growing volume,optimizing structure,and straightening up".Under the new situation and policy,the hotel service industry is an indispensable industry in the service industry.In response to government calls,it is imperative to achieve structural optimization.For the traditional hotel service industry,its own performance evaluation is The core of hotel service performance management,so the establishment of a strategic goal-oriented performance evaluation system with structural optimization as the goal is an urgent task to improve the performance evaluation and management level of the hotel industry.In response to the needs of this task,on the basis of fully investigating the predecessors,the DF Hotel was taken as the research object with some valued method,such as:adopted balanced scorecard performance evaluation methods,expert scoring methods,questionnaire survey methods,case analysis methods and analytic analysis methods etc.to set up a performance evaluation system suitable for the hotel.This article takes the Xi’an Municipal Government’s issuance of service industry reform requirements in 2018 as the background,and the DF Hotel urgently need to establish a set of evaluation systems that reflect its competitiveness and enhance the strength of the Hotel.Firstly,based on the concept research of the balanced scorecard as the starting point,based on the theoretical research and application results of the balanced scorecard at home and abroad,based on the domestic hotel industry situation,focus on analyzing the problems and challenges in the performance evaluation of the hotel industry;Secondly,select specific hotel industry cases for in-depth research.In this paper,taking DF hotel as an example,in view of the current performance management status of DF hotel,analyze the necessity and feasibility of using the balanced scorecard(BSC)to design a balance suitable for DF hotel.The scorecard performance evaluation index system,and at the same time summarized the implementation and management methods,and proposed a reference method for the balanced scorecard performance evaluation in the hotel industry.Finally,according to the research and development of the performance evaluation theory previously proposed and formulated the method of performance evaluation,that is,the specific implementation process of the balanced scorecard,finally puts forward improvement suggestions and process safeguard precautions in the implementation process.
