Wind Power Project Financial Evaluation Method And Its Application Research

With the increasing of wind power project and making full use of natural energy,more and moreinvestors support the development of wind power project, at the same time, the government develop alot of policy and also encourage investors to join the wind power industry.Then it is necessary toProcess on the financial feasibility analysis in the prior period of wind power construction, which notonly has significant meaning in making right investment decision, and guaranteeing the economicbenefit of wind power project, but also has important strategic significance for insuring powersupplied and maintaining a sound momentum of rapid, sustained and healthy development ofeconomy.In this article, we focus on the application status and the deficiency in view of the currentfinancial evaluation index system and evaluation method of wind power project, we design a financeevaluation index system for the prior period wind power construction project according to estimatethe costs and benefits of wind power projects, and analyze and improve the index of profitability andliquidity. At the same time, this paper also will take development capacity factors and operatingcapacity factors into account the finance evaluation index system, and will divide the wind powerinvestment projects into the construction period and operation period of two stages, which overcomethe traditional and uncomprehensive finance evaluation index system and too simple financialevaluation methods. Whether in theoretical assumption or practical application, this calculation resultsare reasonable and more valuable. This paper also establishes the Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Modelbased on AHP. Finally, in the example, this paper compares the difference between before and afterthe improvement of wind power project financial evaluation index system and evaluation method, andthe new financial evaluation system and evaluation method are more accurate, and it can be provedthat the improvement of the financial evaluation model has great operability.The finance evaluation index system for the prior period wind power construction project caneffectively reduce the blind investment and investment mistakes of wind power project. This articlerefers to financial evaluation index system and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model based on AHP,which has the guiding significance to carry out preparatory work for financial evaluation of windpower project.
