Civil aircraft industry is the industry that has the highest intensity of technology andknowledge,the most wild area of upstream and downstream related industry and the highest addedvalue of products.All the large aircraft manufacturers of the world-class are using the risk-sharingmain manufacturer-supplier management pattern under the background of the development of globalintegration,which means the task relating to product development process such as design,manufactureand assemblage will be completed by different design departments,manufacturers,assemblers andnumerous related professional system companies through collaboration.The civil aircraft C919whichtries to occupy the international large aircraft market is being developed,but the supplierscollaboration platform in the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd (COMAC) still needs tobe improved.In order to make the collaborative development goes well and reach the goal ofwin-win,the problems such as knowledge exchange,organization structure and profit distributionhaving an urgently need of research and discuss.Therefore,synergy theory and complex networks theory are summarized on the basis of therelevant literature about the supplier management patterns for domestic and foreign and the complexnetworks theory,and,the exposition of the specific connotation of collaborative development patternand the analysis of the management status of the suppliers in COMAC is made,to improve theefficiency of knowledge exchange among COMAC and the suppliers,the network-type managementpattern of airborne systems suppliers collaborative development in COMAC is designed andoptimized;then,for the problem of organization structure under the network-type managementpattern,the matrix organization structure and knowledge collaboration team are mixed together,andthe team matrix organization structure which can ensure the projects go on wheels is built;finally, thisthesis constructs shapley method profit distribution optimized model according to using the relatedknowledge and method of the complex networks theory into the shapley method for the collaborativedevelopment could develop steadily and sustainably,and,with an analysis on a simulative case,theprofit distribution mechanism is put forward.
