Based On The Running Safety Of Civil Aircraft A Airline Risk Management

Risk management in civil aviation safety system is aim to keep the risk in an acceptable level or below. Through the comprehensive analysis of the system and the work to recognize the hazard in system, set up danger information database, analyze and evaluate all the danger information comprehensive in order to make control measures to preventing risks.This thesis expatiate the process of flight operation in airlines first,then stat civil aviation accidents data in recent years, in order to point that:Civil aviation safety status is not so good as it's development,so it is necessary to implement safety risk management in civil aviation.During analyzing the risk evaluation method in china and other country, we found SHEL model and risk matrix are easy to operate, they can analyze the system and risk more comprehensively and deeply. Authors use SHEL model in six systems such as:flight operation, maintenance and operation control, flight cabin security, ramp and cargo, identify the danger information of every system. Based on the possibility and seriousness of hazard, establish risk matrix model of A airlines flight operation safety system,it is a foundation before controlling risk.Last but not least, the Authors use the SHEL model and safety risk matrix of A airlines in aviation event, gave the part of description of insufficient and prospect.
