The Study Of Agriculture Land Scale Management And Its Mode Selection

Because of household contract responsibility system, the farmers directlycombined with means of production and established the subject status of micromanagement, which greatly improved the production enthusiasm of farmers andpromoted the labor productivity and agricultural production. But small and scatteredmanagement way already couldn’t adapt to the needs of modernization and dockedwith the market efficiently with the deepening development of the rural reform,which has become the main obstacles to restrict the development of the ruraleconomy. As the rapid development of non-agricultural industries and theadvancement of urbanization, a large number of rural labors have been prompted tonon-agricultural industry employment without transferring their contracted land,which caused the farmland extensive management or even abandoned, and waste ofland resources. In order to promote stable and healthy development of rural economy,the scale of farmland must be expanded. In the process of farmland scale operationpractice, the author found that the family farm shows the great superiority to be theideal management form, for it avoided the disadvantages of small and scattered inhousehold contract responsibility system and keeped exuberant vitality of the familymanagement form.The author thinks that farmland scale operation is the only way to realizeagricultural modernization. As the objective conditions are mature, China shouldbreak the various barriers of scale management from changing the small landmanagement to promote the farmland scale operation. Under the macro background of the country attaching great importance to our country food security and deepeningdevelopment of rural reform comprehensively, this study concerned the subjectstatus of micro management of farmer’s needs for livelihood to pursue higherincome. We used the SWOT analysis for farmland scale operation, which includedstrengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the agricultural land moderatescale management. Through the analysis, the author thinks that our country shouldcarry out land moderate scale operation to overcome and solve the objective existeddisadvantages and external threats of farmland management. To study the basic ideasof family farm model in farmland scale operation in our country, we need toreference relevant domestic and abroad theory and practice, establish the basicstandard of our country farmland scale operation, put emphasis on the systematicinstitutional design, exert sufficiently regulating by administration to plan familyfarm scientifically and realize the coexisting of various family farm modes. In viewof the difficulties about family farm financing and predicament of independentmanagement, the author puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
