At the end of last century, China’s state-owned enterprise reform has entered a stage of climax, state-owed enterprises will gradually affiliated institutions into government control.To some extent this will trigger a part of this group action in response to. While previous research on collective action most ended in failure, in the case of collective action has been the ultimate success,not only with the occurrence of action the background of social transformation, but also with operation mobilization elite strategy has very close relationshipThe author based on former research, the case under social transition background, use of resources mobilization section theory,to large state-owned enterprises in Liaoning province C factory affiliated school teacher interview material, analyzes the background of social transformation of collective action, action mobilization strategy and action of successful relationships,we hope to be able to enrich the field of empirical research to help playThis article altogether divides into five parts:The first part of introduction consists:, The source of the problem and significance,literature review, glossary and research methods. The second part consists:the course of events, and:the social and economic system transition which is closely related to the action;part III includes:the interest group division;the fourth part includes resentment is how to generate, how to stimulate and guide, how to integrate and link, how to maintain and extend, these issues are the focus of discussion.the final part is conclusion.The basic concepts and conclusions in this paper are those:first, different interest groups show different in action;second, use of rumors,and exaggerated encounter, to guide the resentment goals and action slogan, call the collective emotion and the use of social network is mobilized elites in the action of the different stages;third, resentment, national discourse, collective emotional and social network factorsconstitute the mobilization of resources calls.fourth, collective action success lies notonly in the action strategy environment, also with the events occurring in thebackground.
