The Sustainability-development-research Of The Beef-Cattle-industry Of The Province Of Henan

With the development of economic and improvement of income,resident’s meals structure has changed, the quantity of beef has increased continuously, The province of Henan,located in the Central Plain, has good breeds of beef-cattle and rich forage,is the largest province of beef-produced and is an important base of beef-production–processing.In recent years, Henan adheres to the policy of the development of animal-husbandry of saving-food and makes great efforts to develop beef-cattle,so the production of beef-cattle gets the sustained-rapid-healthy development. However, there are a series of problems in the development process, such as the breeding-stock of foundation-cow reduces, the proportion of scale-farming is low,the chain is short, the driving ability of leading-company is weak, level of processing needs to be improved.This article first introduces the production and development of the domestic beef- industry/beef-consumption/trade and competitiveness of beef/beef-cattle-industry and the mode of beef-cattle-development; then evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of resource conditions of the cattle industry; then discusses the development-status and existing problems at the macro and surveies and analyzes typically the cattle-family in Henan at the micro;then put forwards to the regional distribution about the sustainable-development of beef-cattle-industry,including the gathering area of fattening-cattle/the gathering area of foundation-cow/ the explored-area of dairy-bull-fattening, the focus of development and the different models of development; finally, put forwards to the policy recommendations about the beef-cattle-industry-development of Henan from the macro-control of government/diversified investment/related supporting-policy/mechanism-innovatived.
