Micro-structures of hole processing is a hotspot of research in the present manufacture, Especially in the manufacturing of modern aircraft engine, which requires a number of film cooling holes to cool the hot end component actively. Laser drilling which has high efficiency is becoming a main of processing method. However, because laser drilling is a non-contact thermophysical process, in which arises much problem of quality failture in the process that influence safety and reliability of parts. So we need to improve surface quality of laser drilling.Firstly, this paper for laser drilling of recast layer and heat affected zone, analyzing the forming process. Through electrochemical machining was carried on the laser drilling to eliminate quality failture of laser drilling. The paper set up electric double layer on the surface of anode model in view of electrochemical reaction process, to discuss the relationship of the surface erosion rate and electrode potential,the charging time. In addition, in order to reduce the occurrence of stray corrosion phenomena, the paper proposed a new method that adding auxiliary anode provided potential difference to reduce the stray entrance surface corrosion. Through numerical simulation software for the electric field distribution of laser drilling electrolytic removal was analyzed to prove the correctness of method.Secondly, the paper set up a testing system. In order to get pulse waveform of 1M-5MHz adjustable frequency and duty factor, Through the voltage regulator, isolated driver amplifier circuit design and employ FET as switching element. What’s more, the paper designed a electrolytic jet device and compare two difference water cavity structure model to achieve stability of liquid working length.Finally, the research of electrolytic removal in laser drilling heat affected zone analyzed voltage, pulse frequency about influence of electrolytic removal effect to get changing rule of recast layer and hole taper. In order to achieve appropriate process parameters, the paper designed an orthogonal experiment. In addition, the experiment was carried on the base of influence relationship that laser drilling removal about difference electrolyte. The paper considered that acidic electrolyte contribute to improving electrolytic corrosion of heat affected zone about laser drilling.
