With the development of electronic technology and the economy, Pulse power inelectrical discharge machining, pulse electroplating, industrial waste gas processing, staticdust removal, arc welding, high-frequency pulse induction heating fields are widely used. Indifferent areas, we achieve a pulse power of some differences. This study the pulse power isused as the anode voltage of the ion source of the neutron tube. According to the neutron tubeneeds, we have designed a frequency, variable duty cycle pulse power. Neutron tube emittedneutrons will output pulses when the pulse power applications in neutron tube, which returnto the inelastic scattering of gamma rays for the analysis with other gamma radio.As the basis of analysis of pulsed power supply at home and abroad, adopted to thetechnology is relatively mature program,and then combined with the actual needs of theproduct,designed based on the half-bridge square-wave symmetry of the structure of thepulse circuit, high voltage power supply of DC high voltage chopper pulses. The controlcircuit is made up of the host controller AVR microcontroller and peripheral circuit. Due tothe use of half-bridge chopper circuit, the output of the PWM control signal with a dead time.This paper insight into the structural parameters as well as works of the MOSFET, we useseries of MOSFET as a switch in order to meet high pressure demand, analysis of thesynchronous drive and pressure problems and develop solutions.Compared several commonadvantages and disadvantages of the MOSFET driver circuit, we designed a simple structure,safe and reliable driver circuit. The circuit uses a floating power supply drivercircuitry,including the main circuit is a high-voltage,control circuit is a low-voltage, drivecircuit of the optocoupler isolated high-voltage pulse circuit and the drive signal, to ensure thesafety of the circuit.After repeated adjustment test, the design finally gets pulse power of output voltage0-2500V, frequency1-20KHZ, variable duty cycle,which the Rising and falling edges of theoutput waveform is about2us.finally we achieved the expected requirements to prove thefeasibility of the design.
