| With deep-going of exploration toward the outer space taken by the humans, therequirements and performance of various kinds of spacecrafts, such as satellite, spaceprobe, space shuttle, which act as carrier of exploration become more and morerigorous. Because of limited effective load of traditional chemical propulsion, thedevelopment of exploration of deep space just makes some slow progress. As aburgeoning pattern of propulsion, electric propulsion (EP) can meet the specificrequirements very well which still need a lots research. This project intends to design aanode supply power in electric propulsion system by analyzing of the specialcharacteristics of anode load in detail.In this paper, the characteristic of the power stage topology is analyzed in detail.After the reference of design schemes of anode power supply designed by othercountries and organizations, the topology of this research object is determined,considering the field of application of different isolated topology. In order to achievehigh reliability of power supply, an isolated feedback voltage loop scheme is adopted.After the comparing the respective merit and demerit of different schemes used inisolated feedback, the final decision is made by using the chip UC1901to fulfill theisolated feedback of output voltage, which finally realizes the electrical isolationbetween the input and output. In the design of control scheme of anode power supply,specific signal conditioning circuit is designed which is directed against the special V-Icharacter, by which the output voltage and output current are controlled successfully inaccordance with the V-I curve. As for the parameters of loop, small signal mode ofpower stage is established, which demonstrated the feasibility in mathematics from.Simulation is also used to prove scientificalness of design. In the design of hardwarecircuit, the essential measures toward EMI are also considered; the generation and itscorresponding resolutions are elaborated from different aspects, which lay thefoundation of proper operation of the circuit. Furthermore, after the mathematical andtheoretical analysis, the parameters are designed and simulated. Finally, on the basis offormer design, the hardware circuit is established, test and verify the correctness andviability of the design of anode power supply.The conduction of abundant simulations and experiments has proved the feasibilityof design in this paper. No matter the load is constant or varying, the circuit can workproperly with each index meeting the requirement. |
